Cristina A. Carvalho Named a Top Women Lawyer by Forbes

The Forbes America’s Top Women Lawyers list recognizes leading attorneys selected through a rigorous, multi-step evaluation process. Cristina serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and previously was Firmwide Managing Partner from 2016 to 2023. She also led the firm’s highly regarded Intellectual Property group. Her practice focuses on global intellectual property portfolio management, licensing and technology for leading US and foreign companies.

Admitted to practice law in both the United States and Brazil, Cristina is widely recognized for her work on managing complex international trademark and intellectual property portfolios in the food, beverage and personal care sectors. She regularly counsels clients on brand development strategies, cross-border enforcement, and risk management in addition to advising on high-value transactions involving the acquisition and divestiture of intellectual property assets.
