Meredith supports clients in complex litigation and government investigation matters. Her practice has involved issues related to compliance with the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statue, and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

While in law school, Meredith spent two summers as a summer associate at ArentFox Schiff. Meredith was also a summer legal intern at Fannie Mae where she gained experience in a variety of areas including securities law and employment law. During her last semester, she was a law clerk in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services as part of their Health Care Fraud and Abuse Externship Program.

Prior to law school, Meredith was a paralegal at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. where she assisted complex litigation, government investigations, international arbitration, and insurance teams. She also seconded at the Children’s Law Center, where she assisted with family law matters.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys running, attending concerts, watching college basketball (especially the Marquette Golden Eagles), and refurbishing antique furniture.
